Lost and confused RE LDR

Hi all newbie here with a broken heart! Long story short im in a relationship with an american guy and im in the UK, we solely rely on communication when we are apart and sometimes his job makes this really hard!

I get jealous when we dont talk altho i know the reason we cant and i throw accusations at him that he is ignoring me etc. I have done this again and altho he hasnt said we are over he isnt responding to me despite my apologies. I know i have deeply hurt him and i cant stop crying because i have hurt him! Will he ever forgive me? Im trying to give him space but im struggling! I miss him so much and its only been 3 days. Im currently getting help for my issues to stop my jealously and he knows this any advice on what else to do.

That sounds like a tough situation! It sounds like you're doing everything you can do right now - getting help, letting him know that you're doing that, giving him space - and the rest is up to him. I hope you two can work it out.

It also sounds like being in an LDR long term is really hard for you. I know I don't think I could be happy in one, no matter how much I loved the other person, no matter how much I worked to be okay with it, it would just cause me too much suffering. Do you think this relationship as it stands - long-distance, with (I think, based on your post?) no plans to change that in the foreseeable future, with about the same amount of communication as you've been having - is something that makes you happier than it makes you jealous and upset and lonely?

I am making plans to move over to.the US, seeking sponsorship etc to get work over there, plus we planned.on getting together late aug beginning of sept for 10 days to seek work etc, its my 1st LDR and to make things even more complicated his work takea him out of no signal areas and the work he does also interfers with signals giving false positives so to speak i know all this but the monster inside still comes out! Maybe its also because he is not open with his feelings and i never know how he feels about me he is more physical than emotional. I know he cares for me otherwise he wouldnt give me a second chance but this is the third time i have screwed up with him! I know we can make it as.long as i stick with the help im getting i just need to know he is going to give me the chance.to be the person we both know i am. Thanks for your reply!
