What could look good on me?
I'm not the most objective person in the world when it comes to understanding whether or not I need to change/fix something about my appearance (and what that could be: hair, clothes, etc.). I'm lucky enough to be a member of a forum about dating, though, so why not used it for some advice?
Here there are a couple of decent recent pictures of me:

If I was not almost old enough to be your mother I would say that you are super cute.
You could look good in a lot of things, so that makes advice kind of hard. Are there any particular styles you like? That might help give direction.

Those are both pretty pleasant pictures, but in both of them you're wearing loose clothing. Loose clothing looks fine, but it doesn't give an idea of how your body is shaped. It does seem like you could look good in a variety of different looks.
Your beard is good, but I do recommend you shave your neck regularly.

Re: What could look good on me?
It's pretty hard to tell since you only posted two pictures that only showcase your upper body. From the second picture I could say that you should avoid shapeless polo shirts/golf shirts. Wear shirts that give form to your body and give you a lean silhouette. Again the top picture is only half your body. From what I can tell that jacket is kind of puffy and shapeless. There are plenty of options if you want a warm coat that give your body form. Pea coats, layering a leather jacket with a sweater, wool overcoats, a mackintosh with a sweater underneath, duffel jackets.
As for what styles would look good on you, a lot. You have a pretty average build and so your frame can accommodate a lot of looks. If you are looking for advice. Do you want looks for the summer or is it still cold where you live? Do you want to know what kind of shoes ground your outfits? How to find proper measurements? The different cuts for pants, shirts and suits? There is a lot of advice I could give if you want it.

A lot but go at least one size down from everything in those pictures.

I agree with GJ, you can go down a size.
Do you like bright colors when you're not at theme parties? Not everyone enjoys wearing them, but it looks like they're flattering on you.

Re: What could look good on me?
I'd trim the beard a bit around the neck so that it looks a bit more taken care off. Pants also seem a bit baggy, aside from the upper body clothing.
If you go baggy, do it in darker colours(skaterish). Also, I'd obtain:
-tank top
-dress shirt+vest
-shirt+zip-down hoodie
so you can alternate outfits for different occassions-limiting yourself to one look would be shame.

You have a very nice face! Your longish hair actually detracts from your facial features. I'd suggest going with a shorter haircut, such as one of these to emphasize your good looks:
