What are we listening to?
I'm pretty sure we had a music thread on the original forums. It's kinda my thing, so I must satiate my interest in what others like to listen to!
I'll start with this:
I recently bough Alain Johannes' album Sparks and from this very first track I was hooked.

Here's one I discovered not that long ago.
I have danced in my chair whilst listening to this. More than once.

I actually just played some diablo 3 while listening to a radio station on "Tune In Radio" called" Prysm Dance Revival"
http://tunein.com/radio/Prysm-Dance-Revival-s226419/
It's non stop 90's and early 2000's dance hits of all sorts and kinds. Makes me feel nostalgic all as hell :-)

Found this the other day. Sounds like Flyleaf if they became a gothy shoegazer band and played sludge-metal-style covers of twinky pop songs.

This is similar to Caravan Palace (Robjection's recommendation).
I just got the Parov Stelar album Princess Part 2 that has this song All Night.
By the way, is this dancer just improvising, or is this some type of dance style?

This has been the frenetic dub soundtrack to my semester so far:

Ah, this is fun! (And for some reason the only video that's showing up for me. Thanks, Chrome.)
The guy's freestyling off of a few different steps, I think I recognize bits like moonwalking, running man/shuffle and the charleston.

A blast from my past. I had much fun with this game and this is my favourite track.
Expecting consistent tempo? Too bad! Waluigi Time!

Re: What are you listening to? The music rec thread.
Well, just downloaded super smash bros for the 3DS - and then I am hit with this remix of a classic Legend of Zelda: Ocarina Of time Melody:
Probably one of the best video game music remixes ever made, if not the best of them. Probably gonna make this my new ringtone. It's a double win for me, I just absolutley love the spannish flamenco style they gave it here, as I am in general a latin music fan myself :-)

This whole album is pretty excellent (one of those rarities you can listen to for years and not get sick of), but this track in particular gives me goosebumps:

I can't fathom how people even come up with music like this:

I have fallen into a pit filled of steampunk and I think it might be the best thing to have ever happened to me. New songs discovered so far:

Bunny, glad you posted those, b/c they're awesome!
Reminds me a little of Voltaire:
And unrelatedly, here's an old song that I rediscovered recently and am in love with all over again.

Any song that sparks a supreme court case over censorship of "anti-white hate speech" in its home country while still being insanely catchy is worth a listen, right? Controversy (which I am not remotely qualified to weigh in on; try this article) aside, I really dig this track.

Re: What are you listening to? The music rec thread.
So there's this game called "No-one has to die" in which, at each stage of the game, someone has to die and you have to decide who.
This is the music that plays when, finally, no-one really has to die.

There's only two albums that have ever made me cry and this is one of them...
