the podcat...er...PODCAST thread
I mistyped it as "podcat" initially and I'm leaving it.
ANYHOW: all yer favorites here!
I listen to the standard bleeding heart liberal fare: TAL, Radiolab, Wait Wait, Planet Money.
An NPR podcast that might not be on everyone's radar: On the Media and its baby podcast, TLDR. For a long time I avoided On the Media because I thought it would be too much inside baseball, but it's a really sharp media analysis show. Plus I've never known them to softball an interview. Bob Garfield's interview with Hunter Moore is one of my favorites in that respect: REVENGE PORN'S LATEST FRONTIER.
I just started listening to Serial and I'm totally hooked. I really want someone to talk to about it!

Throwing Shade, Judge John Hodgman, RISK! I'm a big fan of a lot of Maximum Fun's lineup.

Oh, if you're into history I like Backstory a lot. I dig their approach in terms of talking about a single topic from the 18th, 19th, and 20th century perspective.

I play lots of video games and am a huge tech nerd. I listen to Rebel FM, Quality Control, The Crate and Crowbar, Tech.pinions, get my comedy kicks from Cashing in with TJ Miller, and the awesome Sex Nerd Sandra. I also subbed to the PC Gamer podcast, but I think they cancelled that.

I'm currently binging on Kumail Nanjini's X-Files Files. Highly recommended to any once and future Philes out there.

Re: the podcat...er...PODCAST thread
Wrestling:
Wrestling Observer Radio and a few Figure Four Daily/Weekly shows regularly.
Talking Shop (with the New Japan guys) regularly
Once in awhile the Jim Cornette Experience or MLW Radio will have someone on that I'll want to listen to
Video Games:
All of IGN's console-specific podcasts, though I haven't been listening to those as much anymore
Since Greg and Colin left, I may find myself listening to their stuff once in awhile too.
